DCS (Direct Customer Support)
Technical assistance service via phone-call, WhatsApp and video-call (Zoom, Skype or similar): our technicians can provide remote technical support by using all available instruments for remote connection. For our dealers and resellers this service is always included in the offer.


DEMO (Product test before order confirmation)
Labeling test on a specific machine (only for bench models) made with customer’s samples of bottles and labels. For our dealers and resellers this service is completely free of charge.


TRAINING FOR LABELER’S USE AND MAINTENANCE
Operator training service for the use and maintenance of the labeling machine, to be performed at the customer’s facility. The training’s duration depends on the type of labeler. At the end of the training a final report will be released.


MACHINE SET-UP WITH CUSTOMER LABELING PROGRAMS
Machine set-up service and configuration of one labeling program for each customer bottle sample, included a tutorial with the main required adjustments for each format and a final video showing each bottle being labeled by the machine.
